The Village Event Centre is located in the heart of Brentwood, along Crowchild Trail, next to the University of Calgary.

An essentially blank canvas converted church space with beautiful high wood ceilings, stained windows and hardwood floor to make the space perfect for any event. The space can be tailored to create a unique experience for you and your guests whatever your gathering may be.

The Village Event Centre can accommodate up to 250 guests for a sit down staged events and up to 150 guests for a sitdown dinner style event. This space could also tailored to more intimate settings with the use of styling / furniture. 

Over 5000 sq/ft floor area, plus outdoor area of 2000 sq/ft, with a glass double door entrance and elevator for access

The venue includes tables and chairs, a beverage and bar area, as well as ample bathrooms.

The Village Event Centre Team are dedicated to personalizing your event, and can happily assist with event management providing a list of recommended suppliers including, florists, stylist, caterers etc. Without the restrictions of a traditional church space, and ample parking lot and off street parking; your event at The Village Event Centre couldn’t be easier.
