Rack Sale at The Village Event Centre is the only place make some quick cash from your wardrobe or splurge on bargain buys if you're looking for that perfect deal!
One rack = $25
Numbers are capped at 40 racks, which means you need to apply well in advance to ensure you don't miss out.
You will receive email confirmation and offer your payment made prior to attendance.
Rack Sale at The Village Event Centre is held inside The Village: Brentwood’s Lifestyle Centre from 10:00am - 3:00pm (set up starts at 8am)

Rack Sale at The Village Event Centre favours clothing of high quality.
The Village provides one rack per person (no shared racks) with no items on the ground (all items must be hung).
A small amount of shoes can be permitted but will need to be placed directly under your rack.
All applications successfully submitted will receive a confirmation via the form below.
Rack Sale applications can take up to 14 days to hear a reply.
Payment options for the Rack Sale is sent via your confirmation email.
Your Rack Sale Receipt is your confirmation to attend.

How do I apply for a Rack?
Simply complete the online application form above, providing as much detail as possible.
What are the rack fees?
Racks are $25 a rack.

After applying, you'll receive email confirmation that your application has been received. If you do not receive confirmation, we haven't received your application. Please allow up to 14 days to receive a response.
What can I sell on my rack? (IMPORTANT)
Each rack can have a maximum of 15 pieces of clothing, clothing includes: Shirts, Blouses, Dresses, Skirts, Pants, Sweaters and Jackets. Each rack can also have a maximum of 5 accessories, accessories include: Shoes, belts, jewellery, bags and scarves. All clothing must be displayed on hangers, only footwear can be on the ground. No underwear or bras.
What's the deal with rack presentation?
We expect all racks to be presented as your own mini-boutique. We look favourably upon applications who take the time to plan and create beautiful rack spaces. Elements include flooring such as mats and rugs, presentation stands and creative price tags are encouraged!

If I sell all of my clothing before 3pm, can I leave early?
We expect all vendors to stay until the end of the day. Any vendor that leaves early will not be considered for any future rack sales.
What do I need to bring as a Stall Holder?
Clothing, hangers, price tags, change for payment, credit card machine (optional) and your friends!
Do you have powered sites?
Unfortunately we do not power any of the spaces.
How long will it take for my application to be considered?
Applications take approximately 14 days to process.
What can I sell at Rack Sale at The Village Event Centre?
Designer and vintage clothing are encouraged. Your space may also include a small selection of accessories, jewellery and footwear.
Can I share a rack?
We encourage all racks to have one clear merchant.
Do I need credit card accessories?
No, but it is highly advantageous to have these facilities available. Other options include PayPal and Square. There is no ATM on site and The Village does not provide any change.
Does my space have internet?
The Village offers free wifi throughout the entire building.
